RAINOUTS ONLY. This portal may be used only for games rained out and eligible for rescheduling under STXCL policy. Requests for convenience, club scheduling errors, or other non-rainout changes must use the Game Change Request (GCR) form available on the league website.

Game details are retrieved from the live STXCL EXPORT sheet. No changes are made to that sheet.
3. Proposed new schedule
Complexes and fields are read from the live Field Matrix. "Other" allows a new complex or field.
4. Opposing club approval recipients
Separate multiple addresses with commas or semicolons. Each receives a separate approval link; the first response determines the opposing club's action.
5. Rainout eligibility & acknowledgments
Your request is not forwarded to STXCL until both clubs agree.
